Nox will be leaving quite an impression on Eleanor as he saves her from a nightwalker who got behind her. Yoo Chan was hoping for that opportunity in hopes of ending his match with Paracelsus for the young genius was too much. The result will be him looking holier than thou in Terminally-Ill Genius Dark Knight Chapter 42.

Nox has weathered many storms and has completely left behind his life as Yoo Chan in the old world. When the fantasy protagonist got sucked into the new world, he was given a few messages that left him puzzled. His coming to the new world wasn’t an accident and it might have something to do with his lack of memories in the old world. 

However, Nox was transmigrated into the body of a minor villain who would join up with demons. Not happy with knowing the outcome, Nox decided he would change his destiny starting with taking care of himself. There were a lot of hurdles along the way but the MC overcame all of them, thanks to his efforts and cheats.

Terminally-Ill Genius Dark Knight Chapter 42 will see the students of Miles Academy in awe at Nox’s performance. The MC looks at the world very much like a world that is there to help him grow. The Dead Giveaway was when Nox started with a system that would help him in gaining skills that no one else could achieve.

When Nox had a first fight to change his fate, he went against the twin siblings who looked down on him. Indeed, everyone in the house looked down on him but twins were a special case as they were his competitors. This made the fight between the three more heated as the outcome became unclear.

Now that Nox is finally at the Miles Academy, he is coming across all sorts of challenges, along with his status as a villain. However, given that he is someone who has played the game many times, he would know that the storyline has changed. And since he doesn’t think so, it implies that there is more to be changed to change his fate.  

Recap

Terminally-Ill Genius Dark Knight Chapter 41 starts the action series with the Blonde princess welcoming Eleanor. The princess was expecting the Sanguine girl to come to the fight between Nox and Paracelsus to apprehend them. However, the fight between the two was so vicious that nobody wanted to interfere in the fight and watch from the sidelines. 

Echidna pleaded to the princess that they must attack while they are distracted fighting one another but the princess denied the request. The blonde nobility explained that if they were to attack now, there was a chance the two would team up and fight back. And given their strength, it would be unwise to capture them before the two are tired to some degree. 

The rest of the chapter saw Eleanor and Echidna reevaluating their opinion of Nox, the fifth son. Eleanor was surprised that the MC had grown to such a degree, while Echidna was rueful of the MC for his antics. Echidna noted that Nox would make a good knight if only he had been lusty but Talia interjected and said he isn’t that bad. Which made Echidna question the popular sword fighter on why would she know that.
